What It Means To Be A Founding Member
As a founding member, you’re stepping into the Collective at its point of formation, when norms are still being established and the culture is shaped through practice rather than policy. Your presence matters.
The way you participate becomes part of the environment others enter, quietly setting expectations around depth, pacing, and what it actually means to take this practice and community seriously.
The way you show up will define how newcomers feel when they enter, what norms are established, how community is practiced ,how conflict is navigated and how pace is set.
The ask is simple. Show up, and share your feedback. Speak truthfully from your lived experience and engage at a pace that’s supportive to you. Offer feedback regularly and graciously. Spread the word, and invite others who would be a good fit.
